Wir verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber mehr als 6 Hektar spezialisierten Olivenhain mit 1600 B\u00e4umen typischer Sorten. Bei der letzten Ernte wurden 100 Doppelzentner (10.000 kg) Oliven produziert, mit einer Ausbeute von etwa 12 Hektoliter (1200 Liter) \u00d6l.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere Oliven\u00f6le sind intensiv, transparent, goldgelb mit warmen Gr\u00fcnt\u00f6nen. Die Aromen sind fein und delikat, versehen mit Kr\u00e4uterbeimischungen von Salat und Chicor\u00e9e, einer w\u00fcrzigen Note von schwarzem Pfeffer und einem s\u00fc\u00dfen Mandelabgang. Der Geschmack ist zart und harmonisch, gepr\u00e4gt von Kr\u00e4uternoten, insbesondere Minze und Rosmarin.
