Beakovich"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>OPG BEAKOVI\u0106 liegt an der Westk\u00fcste Istriens. Der Standort des Bauernhofs und der Olivenhaine geh\u00f6ren zur Gemeinde Ka\u0161telir, die 10 km von der Stadt Porec entfernt liegt. Unsere Olivenhaine liegen auf 150-200 m \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel und sind nach Westen ausgerichtet.<br \/>\nDerzeit bewirtschaften wir auf unserem Hof \u200b\u200b4,5 Hektar Land, auf dem Oliven angebaut werden, und wollen noch mehr anbauen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Olivenhain besteht aus autochthonen Sorten: Istarska bjelica, Bu\u017ea und Ro\u0161injola und ausl\u00e4ndischen Sorten: Leccino, Pendolino, Frantoio. Moraiolo und Coratina.<br \/>\nDie Olivenernte beginnt Mitte Oktober, je nach Reife der Fr\u00fcchte und Witterung. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Ernte.<\/p>\n<p>Die Lagerung und Lagerung des \u00d6ls erfolgt in Edelstahltanks, die unter Inertgas stehen und bei Bedarf wird das \u00d6l in Flaschen abgef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n<p>Bisher haben wir aufgrund der einfacheren Arbeit, Ernte und Verarbeitung die Praxis der Herstellung von gemischtem \u00d6l gehabt, aber jetzt haben wir uns f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Einbereichs-Oliven\u00f6l entschieden, so dass wir derzeit Einbereichs-Oliven\u00f6l extra vergine Istarska bjelica , Leccino, Bu\u017ea und Frantoio.<\/p>\n<p>In unserem Sortiment haben wir auch Blended Oliven\u00f6l, das durch Mischen von Sorten aus unserem Anbau entsteht, also die Kreation von MIXTUM-\u00d6l.
